Thank you for shopping with Peptiques. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

⚠️ IMPORTANT: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING COMPLETE AND ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION.

When placing your order, you MUST provide:

  • ✅ Full legal name (as it appears on your ID)
  • ✅ Complete street address (including apartment/unit number if applicable)
  • ✅ City/Town
  • ✅ State/Province/Region
  • ✅ Correct postal/ZIP code
  • ✅ Country
  • ✅ Valid phone number (required by carriers for delivery)
  • ✅ Valid email address (for tracking updates)

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders that are undeliverable due to missing apartment numbers, unit numbers, or suite numbers
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect postal/ZIP codes
  • Failed deliveries due to invalid or disconnected phone numbers
  • Packages left at wrong locations because of address errors

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED, you will be responsible for additional reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for orders that fail to deliver due to customer-provided address errors.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. Once an order is placed, address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. It is YOUR responsibility to monitor your tracking and be available to receive your package.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government
  • These charges are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the recipient (you)
  • Peptiques has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
  • We do not collect duties/taxes at checkout - they are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery
  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed

By placing an international order, you agree to be responsible for any and all customs-related charges.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
    1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
    2. Check all possible delivery locations (back door, side door, mailroom)
    3. Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show delivered before actual delivery
    4. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
  • If your package is confirmed lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered," responsibility transfers to you
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature
  • We are NOT responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery
  • File a police report and contact the carrier for stolen package claims

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:
    1. Take photos of the damaged packaging AND products
    2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    3. Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will work with you to resolve damaged shipments

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The package is unclaimed after carrier's holding period
  • Delivery is refused by the recipient
  • Customs duties are not paid (international orders)

For undeliverable packages due to customer error:

  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
  • After 30 days, unclaimed returned packages will be considered abandoned

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes where carrier services allow
  • We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Delivery times to military addresses may be extended (2-4 additional weeks)

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (strikes, capacity limitations, operational issues)
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Global events or pandemics
  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Incorrect address information
  • Peak holiday shipping periods
  • Any circumstances beyond our control

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Week, Christmas), please allow additional processing and delivery time.
